3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours before the pick-up time qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur charges or be non-refundable.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed based on our cancellation policy and may take several business days.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Timeliness: Customers must be ready at the scheduled pick-up location and time. Delays without prior notice may result in additional charges or cancellation.
  • Behavior: Respectful conduct is required during the ride. We reserve the right to terminate services for inappropriate behavior.
  • Damages: Customers are responsible for any damage caused to our vehicles beyond normal use.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen events.
